Camp EDC has an amazing campground that is set up in luxury! We have stayed in the Moon Glow pods and highly recommend the experience if you want easy access to the festival and no extra transportation costs. There is access to great food, clean showers & bathrooms, and lots of extra activities! The wedding party, their partners, and immediate family members will have accommodations provided by the Mother of the Groom. Air BnB has some great homes close to the strip that would be great to share with any other friends or family attending. Lastly, we have reserved room blocks at The Paris and the Horseshoe for a discounted rate. Please see the Travel page for more details.

Our daytime ceremony will be adult-only unless specified. EDC is a 21+ event, so sadly the littles will not be able to join us! Plus ones will be included on your invitation.

No, however, tickets are only sold as 3-Day passes. If you would only like to attend for the day of the ceremony, selling your remaining day ticket may be an option. Most of the bridal party will be attending for all 3 days.

For our daytime ceremony the dress code will be formal attire with the option to match our vintage glam theme. Guests are welcome to join us for the following theme days at EDC, however, please wear whatever makes you feel most beautiful! We would love for all of our guests to join us for both ceremonies, however, we understand the a 3-day music festival may not be for everyone and is costly! You are welcome to join us for both ceremonies or just one, whatever suits you best! Please specify which ceremonies you plan to attend on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

While we would love to provide transportation for everyone, EDC weekend makes it very difficult to coordinate for a large wedding group. The wedding party and immediate family members will have driving services provided to and from the wedding and EDC. Additional guests attending EDC may want to purchase a Rio shuttle pass which will provide direct transportation to and from EDC and The Paris area for all 3 days. Rideshares such as Uber may be available, but please note this is a very busy time and services might not be immediately available! Please plan accordingly! We recommend planning for at least one hour of wait time to get through security and into the festival, as our ceremony will begin promptly. Deke and Taryn have 4 Rio shuttle passes available for purchase as they are currently sold out. Please contact us directly if you’d like to purchase one.

Festival ground maps will be provided to all guests, specifying when and where our wedding party will be meeting throughout the night. The Chapel of Technology where our ceremony is being held will be located in Downtown EDC which is on the opposite end of the main security entrance.
